Pharma Film

Pharma Poly is used in heat & press lamination to produce strip foils to pack tablets & capsules in pharma industry.
Processing pharma poly and being regarded as the best by the end users and converters. We enjoy the most preferred & best manufacturer in this field as almost every converters of top to tiny have been our customers and treating our product as ‘beanch mark’.

Salient Features

  • The unique and extreme softness of poly act as catalyst for achieving excellent lamination.
  • Tear value is as low as less than 2gm / mic which is very essential for strip foil of pharma packing.
  • The bonding strength is above 25gm / mm without compromising the low tear values.
  • Uniform thickness control of +1.5mic enables uniform and excellent lamination even at lesser surface energy of poly.
  • Transparent clear poly imparts no unwanted matters during lamination.
  • Tensile & elongation properties are uniquely matched to achieve cross sectional laminate properties.
  • The micro gel count is less than 2per area where as the raw material manufacture's gel count is much more than 4 to 7 per area.
  • We follow one of the best processing control based on 'Voridians Technical Service' which ensure selection and sorting of raw material (Source RIL & Imports) to match melt flow to durable packing to derive the ultimate desired results.
  • Optical properties are excellent and comparable to cast film extrusion.

Shrink Film

LD/LLD Shrink Film is used to wrap almost everything from food products, beverages, toys to pallet covers and high volume industrial products. The unique technical advantages of our Windmoller machine provide excellent technical properties unmatched by indigenous competitors.

Salient Features

  • This product is processed from most dedicated Blown film line “Windmoller Hollsher” GMBH and well accepted as bench mark quality.
  • We can process film thickness as low as 20mic with adequate strength (Tensile) properties suiting individual needs of the customer.
  • We can provide outstanding clarity with best polymer blends to extend self appealing to the packed products which advertise itself to end consumers.
  • Our films are “static free” during and after process as the machines are adequately equipped to remove “static current” developed in film-processing. This avoids the “dust formation” on films and helps the packing to remain “clear and beautiful”.
  • The selection & identifying suitable polymer blends to specific application leads to outstanding mechanical performance and balance of critical properties.
  • Very high flexibility to offer cross sectional properties and shrinkage exactly to suit specific application enhance “package integrity” due to better sealing performance.
  • Excellent product and huge cost savings.

Stretch Film

LD/LLD Stretch Film is used widely in many wrapping application from pallet wrapping of export consignments to packed carton of any products. We produce machine grade and hand grade film as per the market as well as individual customer requirements.
